Approvals and documentation
We prepare the drawings, engineering and supporting documents for planning and building consent, and manage the council process for you.
Construction
We build in stages that keep the existing home liveable where possible, with the same team on site from demolition through to finishes.
Handover and aftercare
We walk the finished work through with you, hand over warranties and documentation, and stay available for anything that comes up afterwards.
