How we work
Six stages take your home from the first conversation to handover, with the same team throughout.
First conversation
We meet to talk through what you want to build, your budget and your timeframe. If you haven’t bought land yet, we’ll tell you what to look for before you commit.
Site and feasibility
We assess the block: soil, slope, orientation, services and what the title and council rules allow. You get a realistic picture of what can be built and what it will cost before design starts.
Design
We develop the plans with you, from first sketches through to the detail. This is the longest stage and the one where changes are cheapest, so we take the time to get it right.
Approvals and documentation
We prepare the construction drawings, engineering and energy assessment, lodge for planning and building consent, and manage the council process.
Construction
We build to a fixed programme with the same team from slab to handover. You’ll know who’s on site, what’s happening this week and what’s coming next.
Handover and warranty
We walk the finished home through with you, hand over the documentation and warranties, and come back at the end of the defects period to sort anything outstanding
