Commercial
Construction

We manage commercial projects end to end, from the brief and business case through approvals and construction to certification and handover.

How we work

How we work

Seven stages take your project from brief to handover, with the cost plan tested at every step.

01

Brief and business case

We meet with you and your consultants to define the scope, the programme and the budget the project has to work within.

02

Site assessment and due diligence

We assess the site for buildability, services capacity, access and the planning controls that apply to the proposed use.

03

Concept design and cost planning

We develop the design alongside a cost plan, so the budget is tested at every stage rather than confirmed at the end.

04

Documentation and consultant coordination

We coordinate the structural, civil, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire engineering, and produce a complete set of tender documents.

05

Approvals and tender

We lodge for development approval and building consent, and price the work either through competitive tender or negotiated contract, whichever suits your risk position.

06

Construction and programme management

We deliver to the contract programme with regular reporting on progress, cost and variations. You’ll always know where the project stands against the date it has to open.

07

Certification and handover

We complete the certificate of occupancy, essential safety provisions, operation and maintenance manuals and as-built documentation, then hand over a building you can trade from.
