Consultant coordination
We bring in the structural, civil or other consultants the project needs and coordinate their input into a single, consistent set of documents.
Council liaison and lodgement
We prepare and lodge the application with council, respond to requests for information and manage the approvals process on your behalf.
Project management through approval
We track timeframes, conditions and outstanding items so nothing stalls in the system, and keep you updated on where things stand.
Approval and handover to construction
Once consent is granted, we hand over a clear, approved set of documents and conditions, ready to move into construction.
